Our service
We supply kitchen furniture and related products for delivery to UK addresses. Our free design service is provided as part of the purchase process and does not constitute a binding contract until an order is placed and confirmed.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed in writing. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are provided at the point of order. We will notify you of any delays. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for inspecting goods on delivery and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
Returns and cancellations
Made-to-measure products cannot be returned unless faulty. Standard consumer cancellation rights apply to non-bespoke items. Please contact us before returning any goods.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for installation costs, consequential loss, or loss of income.
